Early Observations on the Health of Syrian Refugees in Canada

Most Syrian refugees coming to Canada have health concerns. From the traumas of war to the injuries acquired on their journey fleeing Syria, health complications are not an overwhelming process and can be effectively treated in the Canadian health care system. This study highlights the efficacy of the Canadian health screening process and details the means by which Syrian newcomers are able to integrate into the Canadian health care system.
